“You Try” features a vulnerable and sometimes angry story from a tough break up. While the song is produced by Karin, she brought on the renowned Oslo-based “The Feelgood Orchestra” for the recording.

“When I wrote this song I was just so upset and tired,” Melón explains. “I just had some anger that I really needed to process and get out. Music lets me do that in a way nothing else can do. I had started the song a while ago but never finished it so when I brought it back I noticed I had something unresolved.” With the lyrics “What happened to your state of mind? Insanity is reality. Don’t bring me down with your jealousy. Don’t blame me. Blame your insecurity.” she expresses her feelings after a tough break up.
